As a Band 5 Therapeutic Radiographer , you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality radiotherapy treatment using advanced techniques like SABR, VMAT, DIBH, TBI and SRS . Our department is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including Varian Halcyons, Varian TrueBeams incl. 6DoF, RGSC and SRS capability , Siemens CT GoSims, and HDR all networked by ARIA. We are a multi-site centre with satellites in Swindon & Milton Keynes - 3 sites, 1 team! We're committed to your growth with a solid induction and preceptorship programme, and after 12 months of experience post qualifying, you'll have the opportunity to join our Link Programme to Band 6. Main duties of the job Work as a member of the team of Radiographers covering all sections of the department including mould room, CT scanning, virtual simulation and contouring, delivery of a wide range of both simple and complex treatment and IGRT techniques Liaising with the multidisciplinary team. Assist with the day-to-day organisation of a treatment unit to ensure an efficient service is delivered and workload targets are achieved.
