You'll be key in offering expert dietetic assessment, treatment, and management to diverse patients in various community settings across Wiltshire and Swindon. Working collaboratively with healthcare teams, you'll ensure integrated and patient-centred care. Your responsibilities will include managing varied clinical caseloads, designing evidence-based nutritional care plans, and providing specialist nutrition-related advice.
