OR Team Lead Surgical Technologist

Required High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Work Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room and as a surgical technologist. Required Prior experience as a primary liaison between leadership and frontline staff, ensuring alignment of goals, expectations, and communication. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred or required to obtain within one year of assuming position.
