We are currently seeking a General Dermatologist to join our growing team in Charlotte. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available in a 100% outpatient setting. Position Highlights Outpatient-only dermatology (no inpatient responsibilities) Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options Collaborative, physician-led environment with strong referral base Opportunity to build a general dermatology practice with procedural mix Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including medical and procedural dermatology Perform skin exams, biopsies, and in-office procedures Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Educate patients on skin health, prevention, and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR (athenahealth) Collaborate with colleagues and refer to specialists as appropriate Stay current with advancements in dermatology Qualifications Board Certified in Dermatology MD or DO from an accredited program Eligible for or currently holding an active North Carolina medical license Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with a first-year salary guarantee and the opportunity to earn additional income based on productivity above the guaranteed threshold.
