Free parking, free gym, a great reputation for new starter inductions offering supportive, hands on and in-depth training! Easily commutable by bus.  Hours 37.5 hours a week, working 5 nights in a 4 week period, 7.30-19.30. and then the rest a mixture of main, long shifts, between Monday to Sunday 7.30.17.30. Every other weekend working 19.30-07.30.  Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £48,951  per annum FTE - depending on experience. How will we support you? You will Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them - focussing on emergency and unplanned care to patients with both primary care and acute care needs. Daily shift co-ordination responsibilities  Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries. Qualified Paramedic Current professional registration (HCPC) Proven post-registration ambulance experience - 3 years post- qualified  Evidence of continued professional development A non-judgmental and compassionate approach Proven experience in either: Accident & Emergency, Primary Care environments or Minor injuries / illness Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
