This involves tasks such as personal care, supporting daily routines, facilitating activities, and promoting safety and well-being. You'll work closely with individuals to ensure their care is person-centred, respecting their choices and helping them enjoy life to the fullest. Each day presents diverse opportunities, from everyday support to community outings and new experiences. The position offers a salary of up to £13.20 per hour, a refer a friend bonus, comprehensive training, career development prospects, and more. A calm, patient, and caring approach is essential, along with the ability to work well in a team. While experience is necessary, we're also looking for a UK driving license holder with at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.
