Job summary Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference to the lives of people living with complex neurological conditions? We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our specialist neurological care team, supporting adults with conditions including Stroke, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) . About the role As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care, working closely with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team. Our nurses are essential for creating a strong foundation for us to develop a professional, safe and comfortable home, delivering the highest quality person centred support and care. Main duties of the job You will: Assess, plan and deliver individualised nursing care. Support residents with complex neurological needs and changing health requirements. Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records. Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Promote residents' dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing. Support a safe, positive and caring environment Working as part of a small, friendly and competent clinical team, you will work with plenty of autonomy but in a supportive environment with a qualified nurse management team. With strong communication skills, our nurses are hands on and involved in every aspect of our residents care - ranging from personal care to managing and administering medication. While making sound clinical judgements you will role model best practise and inspire and mentor junior staff to achieve their potential. We also offer the opportunity to develop your own clinical skills, and work closely with our in-house specialist therapy team to deliver the best outcomes for our residents. Specific Responsibilities: To be directly responsible to the Service Manager To work closely with the GP and other members of the wider multiple disciplinary team To provide care to a high standard in the following: 1. Experience or knowledge of neurological or physical rehabilitation services 2.
