Job summary Are you a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist looking for a rewarding role in primary care? Gillingham Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our committed team to work up to a minimum of 30 hours per week. Early applications are strongly encouraged. Main duties of the job As a Phlebotomist you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team and helping patients feel at ease. Your responsibilities will include: Phlebotomy Processing of laboratory samples Vaccine cold chain storage, monitoring and recording IPC audits Maintaining accurate patient records What Were Looking For: A caring, empathetic, and professional attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous healthcare experience A commitment to providing outstanding patient care About us We are a well-established two-site practice serving over 13,000 patients across a rural community, with a dedicated triage hub at the heart of our service.
