Days are varied, involving everything from personal care to community outings based on individual interests. The role offers a competitive hourly wage, referral bonuses, and extensive training with room for career development. You will work in a supportive environment, focusing on person-centred care and building long-term relationships. Essential qualities include patience, a caring approach, and teamwork, with previous experience preferred but not required.
