We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client with Spinal Muscular Atrophy based in London, across two locations as he splits his time between his university residence SW7 and his family home in SW19. As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £17.49-18.24. We have 2 positions available, including day shifts. Flexibilty is required to be able to cover annual leave and sickness for the following shift patterns: Recruitment 1: Average of 26 hours based on a 2 week rolling rota. Week one Wednesday 15:30-21:30 Saturday 07:30-21:30 Sunday 07:30-15:30 Week two Monday 15:30-21:30 Wednesday 15:30-21:30 Thursday 15:30-21:30 Friday 15:30-21:30 Recruitment 2: Average of 19 hours based on a 2 week rolling rota. Week one Monday 15:30-21:30 Wednesday 14:30-21:30 Friday 14:30-21:30 Week two Wednesday 14:30-21:30 Saturday 15:30-21:30 Sunday 15:30-21:30 Some elements of our client's care is delivered on a 2:1 basis and this role includes a fair share of weekends.
