About Cygnet Paddocks Cygnet Paddocks is our specialist neuropsychiatric rehabilitation hospital for men, located in Widnes in the North West. The service provides a dedicated care pathway for men affected by acquired brain injury or neurological conditions, where behaviours that challenge may be the main barrier to recovery and rehabilitation. The service supports the Level 1 Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation Pathway for the North West, with a focus on adult males. Cygnet Paddocks has individually designed wards to support a clear and distinctive care and treatment pathway for people affected by acquired brain injury. The in-house interdisciplinary team includes neuropsychiatry, psychology, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, nurses and support workers, all working together to keep the individual at the heart of their care and discharge planning. Cygnet Paddocks is rated Good overall by the Care Quality Commission, with the Caring domain rated Outstanding. A role for people with mental health experience This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in a mental health, healthcare, care, rehabilitation or support setting. Shift Pattern You'll work a structured rota across days, nights and alternate weekends.
