Full-Time IR & Procedural Radiologist | Mon-Fri Schedule | Napa County, CA+

About the Role We are seeking a board-certified Radiologist for a broad IR & radiology procedural practice to join a high-performing hospital in Napa County. This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice where clinical quality is our paramount priority. You will be instrumental in setting standards, building workflows, and delivering high-quality care. This position is onsite 5 days a week and offers the opportunity to serve as Medical Director. Clinical Scope & Responsibilities • Procedure Focus: A broad, hands-on procedural practice spanning IR, fluoroscopy, and other image-guided radiology procedures • Clinical Leadership: You will play a key role in defining the procedural program, standards, and workflows across the hospital • General Diagnostic: In addition to procedures, you will read general diagnostic studies as schedule permits • Cross-site Coverage: Occasional cross-coverage across locations; a dedicated PA team provides regular support. • Call: Light call responsibilities, primarily for occasional emergencies What Makes Imagen Different • Colleagues Who Have Your Back: You will never be on an island. Our dedicated technology team works closely with radiologists to improve the day-to-day experience with technology Position Details • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, onsite 5 days / week • Compensation: $650,000+ • Location: Onsite, hospital setting in Napa County • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and administrative infrastructure • Time Off: 10 weeks of paid time off per year (42 weeks on-site) • Other: Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed Qualifications • Board-certified (ABR or ABOR) Radiologist. • Vascular and interventional radiology fellowship training preferred; general radiologists comfortable with a broad procedural mix will be considered. • Ability to obtain an active medical license in California. • Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program.
