REQUIREMENTS Active CpHT Certification - or equivalent certification (this will be verified) Experience in a call center role Description 100% remote can sit anywhere Working central time Hours are VERY flexible between 8:30am CST - 8:30pm CST Top Skills' Details CPhT certification and call center experience are the most critical things we are looking for. This is a call center environment where people will be making up to 100+ calls a day. o High School Diploma or GED o CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C o Medical Assistant Certs NOT ACCEPTED (NCCT, AAH, NAHP) o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google - ability to learn new technology o 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls o Bilingual a MAJOR plus: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese (must be proficient in English AND second language) Skills Customer service, Call center, outbound calls, Customer support Top Skills Details Customer service,Call center,outbound calls Additional Skills & Qualifications CPhT certification and call center experience are the most critical things we are looking for. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
