About the Role As a Bank Band 6 Health Visitor, you will play a key role in promoting the health and wellbeing of children and families. Working flexibly across services, you will contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a modern and innovative health visiting service. Main duties of the job Plan, organise, and evaluate an effective and forward-thinking health visiting service, ensuring high standards of care are consistently achieved Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions to children and families in a range of community settings, including homes, clinics, and partner agencies Delegate appropriately to members of the health visiting team to ensure a coordinated and efficient service Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, social care teams, and community partners to provide seamless and integrated car Contribute to the achievement of Quality Strategy objectives through active engagement with team colleagues and service improvement initiatives About us We are proud to be one of the largest community healthcare providers in the country, with more than 4,500 colleagues caring for over four million people across London and Hertfordshire.
