We've made substantial changes to how we work, strengthened our clinical and operational approach and are now bringing our Sussex practices much closer together, enabling teams to share expertise, resources and support. This will give us the capa Main duties of the job As a Lead Nurse / Advanced Practitioner, this role involves advanced clinical practice combined with visible leadership. Responsibilities include developing nursing and healthcare assistant workforces, establishing clinical standards, and creating a culture of learning and improvement. The position requires working closely with Practice Managers, Clinical Leads, and multidisciplinary teams to turn ambitions into reality. It involves building and developing the clinical team, setting clinical standards, driving quality and governance, implementing new ways of working, and improving patient outcomes. Applicants should be comfortable with transformation, possess strong clinical leadership skills, and have experience in general practice or urgent care environments.
