Locations: Gainesville, Florida Categories: Management & Supervision Req ID: 68176 Overview Provides general direction, coordination and supervision of all aspects of the operational and front-end financial operations of the clinic. Directly manages all clinic non-provider staff. Must market clinic services and network with local providers and referral sources to assist in facilitating practice growth. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Level I � Bachelors degree in business or a health-related field preferred. Minimum of one year previous supervisory/management experience required. Three years of experience aging a medical practice and an associate�s degree may substitute for the bachelors degree requirement. Knowledge of epic software system preferred. Level II � Bachelors degree in business or a health-related field required. Minimum of two years previous supervisory/management experience required. Four years of experience managing a medical practice and an associate�s degree may substitute for the bachelors degree requirement. Knowledge of epic software system preferred. Level III � Bachelors degree in business or a health-related field required. Minimum of three years previous supervisory/management experience required. Five years of experience managing a medical practice and an associate�s degree may substitute for the bachelors degree requirement. Knowledge of epic software system preferred.
